Our Thoughts
It’s a good start here with 3000mg of D-Aspartic acid in the mix, this is a well studied and recognised testosterone boosting supplement…. however, things do tend to go down hill after this…. the form of Zinc in the mix (Monomethionine) is not (we understand) as well absorbed in the body as some other forms (personally we prefer the citrate form for its great bioavilablilty) – we also understand that its recommended that you also take B vitamins when taking Zinc Monomethionine, these are missing from the mix..
Our biggest problem with this product is the inclusion of Tribulus Terrestris in the mix….Its scientific fact that Tribulus Terrestris has failed in every clinical trial to provide even a slight increase in testosterone.. quite frankly it does not work!! – the makers would have been better placed if they had put things like Magnesium and Vitamin B6 in the mix instead of the Tribulus..
Finally – 6 Capsules per serving ??? Thats a massive number to take in one go…
All in all, Complete T-Booster is (in our opinion) little more than a basic D-Aspartic Acid supplement…. now this is not necessarily a bad thing as DAA can help boost testosterone, but the fact is that there are far better products out there with more complete formulas that will deliver some noticeable improvements in muscle mass and strength
