Zhou Boost Elite Review
Testosterone – Is This Missing Piece Of The Body Transformation Puzzle?
Picture the scene. You’ve been putting in the hours at the gym, working hard, consistently. The rest of the time you’re following a stringent diet, cutting down on the partying and getting plenty of sleep. But still your results aren’t what you expect.
The Missing Piece Of The Puzzle?…. Testosterone.
Yep, that’s right – testosterone plays a fundamental role in everything from building muscle mass to energy levels. But sometimes our T levels can do with a little help – especially as we age and they drop off naturally.
So let’s take a look at Boost Elite by Zhou, a T booster claiming to raise energy, fuel your workouts, help you get lean and ripped and everything in between.
Zhou Boost Elite’s Formula
There’s nothing but transparency as far as the manufacturer is concerned with this formula. Here’s what’s contained per serve:
- Tribulus terrestris (500mg) – a plant extract thought to boost testosterone levels and help with the accumulation of lean muscle mass.
- Horny Goat weed (400mg) – a herb used to support sexual functioning and fight tiredness.
- Fenugreek seed extract (300mg) – supports performance, endurance and body fat loss.
- Maca root powder (250mg) – this root is used to increase libido, stamina and energy levels.
- Zinc citrate (150mg) – has shown to improve testosterone levels.
- Diindolylmethane (100mg) – also thought to improve testosterone levels.
- Tongkat ali extract (50mg) – believed to improve sexual performance in men.
- Yohimbe bark extract (1.5mg) – ramps up libido and athletic performance.
Directions For Use
Take three capsules 1-2 times daily with breakfast and/or lunch. If you take two doses, be sure to wait 5-8 hours between them – and don’t take this supplement within five hours of going to bed.
The manufacturer recommends taking Boost Elite for a minimum of 30 days, alongside diet and exercise.
Feedback from people who have tried Boost Elite is very much mixed.
On the positive side of things, there are reports of strong improvements in energy levels, motivation to work out and overall feelings of health and wellbeing. Better performance at the gym, decent gains in muscle mass, feeling stronger and the ability to do much more are all spoken about repeatedly, too.
There are plenty of unhappy users, too, however – many people claim to not have experienced any results at all in terms of sex drive, energy or the growth of lean muscle mass. This is even true of people taking the product in conjunction with heavy exercise and stringent diet. Understandably, these people say the product is a complete waste of time and money. There are also repeated reports of crippling headaches – more on that below.
Reported Side Effects
Bad headaches are a commonly cited side effect, as are stomach pains, diarrhea and feelings of fatigue.

After looking at the formula, we have to say that its hard for us to recommend this product…. Why?? its because of at least two components in the formula…
First Off – Tribulus Terrestris…. although its a popular inclusion in many testosterone boosters, the sad scientific facts are that in hundreds of clinical trials it has failed in every test to produce even a slight increase in testosterone….. quite frankly it doesn’t work…….. It is however pretty good at helping to boost a flagging libido, so if you do have problems in that area, then you might see some benefits..
Our largest concern however is the inclusion of Yohimbe in the mix…. this is a banned substance in many countries outside of the US… it is currently on the FDA’s dangerous substances list although it is still strangely legal for sale – Its on the list because of its recognised side effects, some of which can be nasty and even potentially deadly – Irregular heart rate, kidney damage, seizures** are just a few that have been linked to this ingredient… quite franky why its still legal in the US astounds us and we are sure its just a matter of time before the FDA’s warnings are heeded…
We simply cannot recommend this supplement and strongly suggest that you look elsewhere….
Can we suggest that you check out out top rated T-Boosters page?? the products listed are all clinically proven, using top quality, safe and effective formulas and also are sold with full cash back guarantees…
