How To Use Shred Jym

Customer Reviews
There is a lot of positive feedback on this one.. with users reporting a marked improvement in energy levels along with good fat burning results. The negative on this supplement is some users reporting unpleasant side effects.. The stimulant content could prove a real problem for those who are sensitive to caffeine etc… If you are then quite simply – Do Not Take.
Some users also felt that taking 8-12 capsules each day was just too many.
Side Effects
Some users complained of dizziness, anxiety, feeling nauseous and tachycardia..(irregular heart rate) This is common with any product containing high levels of stimulants. This is most decidedly not good from a health point of view.

Our Verdict
Shred Jym is without doubt an effective fat burning supplement that has shown powerful results, but you do run the risk of side effects due to the high level of stimulants contained in the formula..
One ingredient we must flag up is Synephedrine (AKA Citrus Autantium or Bitter Orange).
This is often found in fat burning supplements and is commonly used to replace the banned Ephedra (withdrawn from sale because of its potentially harmful side effects) which could include Increased Blood Pressure, Heart Attacks and Strokes.
An increased risk of sunburn could also occur in lighter skinned people.
Our Verdict
As a fat burner this supplement can offer some decent results…. If you can tolerate the stimulants and are happy to ignore the potential risks involved when taking Bitter Orange then it should help you cut unwanted fat and increase energy levels.
We still prefer to not include it in our recommended product list….
Hard To Recommend
There are other fat burners on our list that have proven to deliver effective results and with little or no side effects, can only be a good thing. There is a full cash back guarantee offered with a couple of the products which gives the buyer some security. If you find the results are less than satisfying (using as directed of course) you can return any empty boxes and get a full refund.
